Do you find this cute?

I don't. I find it incredibly frustrating and infuriating!

Now I look at this and see that it is cute. Children's handwriting always is. Particulary when the E has extra lines. However, my children cannot seem to keep their pencils, pens, crayons only for paper! They just have to brand everything they own with their name.
This is brand new. Out of it's packet on saturday. I could have murdered them this morning.
For the record, this is Connor's handywork. Although Ella can infact write her own name also.

Arghh that would drive me bonkers. Thankfully that hasn’t happened at our place yet, but “Little Guy” is a lot younger than your two big ones. Drawing is a very closely monitored activity at our place. At the moment he only has access to his pens and stuff when he asks for them. Perhaps I am stifling his creativity, but I am preserving my sanity! We had our first torn book dust jacket incident on the weekend – not happy.
But from the outside looking in it is a bit cute! Was he writing his sisters name so he didn’t get in trouble or was he just proclaiming that it was hers?

Smart kids writing his sisters name instead of incriminating himself! :)

Yes, it is frustrating. If it's any consolation, they do grow out of it. Then they write all over themselves with pen while at school which I HATE!!!!

Connor thought he would write Ella's name on it since it was hers. He thought he was doing her a favour.

mmmm, yes, I find this also incredibly frustrating - but very smart... at least it has her name on it now so no one will get confused as to who it belongs too... LOL

I have a picture of Larryboy the cucumber superhero drawn on an upholstered dining chair with a marker.

I tried to get it off for a while, then gave up and decided that every stylish dining suite has a Larryboy chair.
