Cleaning the house is highly over-rated. I intended to get it done before my surgery, but didn't - now my Beloved is helping because I'm not quite back on top of things. I didn't plan it that way - honest!
Grow a baby: check Look after two small children whilst growing said baby: check Maintain some semblance of normalcy whilst growing baby and caring for small children: check

Clean house? Not so much.
If you leave the house-cleaning, it will miraculously get done.
People like doing that sort of stuff for you when you have a caesar :)
its tempting to leave the housework.... but i always feel wierd watching other people clean my house...
Let them do it while you're in hospital, then you won't have to watch! :D
