The duty of the Maid of Honour...

It is my duty to plan & prepare the BEST Hen's Day ever for my best friend of 25 years on the 8th August....

Here is what she wants....

A high Tea AND a day spa...... PFFFT!! I have been researching... High Tea's $20-$40 each. Thats not too bad... Day Spa's however range from $100- $300 each.... GAH... Not a chance!

Now here's the thing, I had idea of hosting a garden party style thing & I asked my good friend who is a beautician if she would offer a few beauty services at a reasonable price... She said yes & would do either a mini facial, manicure or pedicure for $30 each!! SO CHEAP...
Good idea yeah!!
Here is my dilemma... one of the other bridesmaids doesn't like my idea....

What do I do?!!!!! Please give me some ideas!

It doesn't matter if the other bridesmaid doesn't like the idea. It's not HER day. What does the bride think about it?

Yeah, I agree with Femina. it doesn't matter what the other bridesmaid thinks, as long as the bride likes it.

An interesting little sidenote....that's the day I'm getting married :D

Find a nice man with Mob connections and knock off the other Bridesmaid.

Oh wait - Femina's comment was better. Yeah. What SHE said.

I don't know, I really like Givinya's comment, but Femina is probably right. Have you noticed that she often is?

~ I am with the majoroty - ask the Bride what she thinks. Stuff the other bridesmaid!

I would love a garden tea party and spa services, sounds gorgeous.

I have a quaestion for you - where did you get your "Say no to Word verification! thingy?" ?

Last Hen's Party I went to involved trapeze lessons. Interesting idea, but expensive. I decided to keep my $100 and pass up the chance for a weird guy in leotards to "help" me on and off a trapeze.
